Take Route 309 South to Route 313 east and
turn left towards Doylestown. Continue for
approximately 15 miles to Route 263 South.
Turn right onto 263 South for approximately
1 mile to traffic light at Sugar Bottom Road.
Turn left at traffic light, go approximately 1
mile and turn left onto the property at the
Designer House sign.
From Willow Grove
In Willow Grove go north on Route 263 (York
Road) approximately 13 miles to the traffic
light at Sugar Bottom Road. Turn right onto
Sugar Bottom Road, go one mile to the
Designer House sign and make a left onto the
property.
From New Jersey
Enter Pennsylvania in New Hope via 202
south. Stay on 202 for 5.4 miles to Rt. 263.
(Do not bear right to continue on Rt. 202)
Continue on Rt. 263 for 3.7 miles to traffic
light at Sugar Bottom Road. Turn left onto
Sugar Bottom Road and go approximately 1
mile to the Designer House sign and make a
left onto property.
