| Sheila McDuffie started her organic farm in 1992 supplying restaurants, gourmet shops and the NYC Green Market. Her love of cooking with fresh, seasonal produce inspired The Kitchen Garden Cooking School. Classes are centered on regional cuisines from Morocco, India, the Mediterranean and Mexico. Cheese making, preserving, herbal crafts and soap making are also offered. |
