Enjoy some of these favorite moments from Hidden Trail Farm, our 2025 Bucks County Designer House & Gardens . . .

This magnificent 14-acre property included a 5,000 square-foot historic farmhouse AND a stunning custom-designed chalet with 3 bedrooms, a sauna, and spa room. The pool gardens had a pool and patio area with a large screened-in gazebo and a koi pond with a waterfall, and the other garden areas transformed the entrance to the farmhouse. Finally, the large barn gave us areas for multiple boutiques and a café.

Wonderful as the tours are, we’re more than just tours . . .

Become part of the community supporting our Bucks County communities

Consider joining or supporting the VIA!

The Bucks County Designer House & Gardens is the Village Improvement Association’s (the VIA) largest annual fundraising event.

Your support for the 2024 House helped raise $184,100 for the VIA Maternity Center at Doylestown Hospital and $78,900 for the VIA’s many mission-committees whose work benefits our communities. The 2025 House’s profits will help Doylestown Hospital’s Emergency Department deliver acute care for patients experiencing high-risk behavioral health emergencies. Your tour tickets and your donations will give the staff, nurses, and care team the resources to continue delivering the right care at the right time, as they’ve been doing for over 100 years.

We invite you to help us continue making a difference in our community. Since 1895 the women of the VIA have been dedicated to enhancing the health and welfare of Central Bucks County and our surrounding communities. Members of our organization continue to support the nationally-recognized, award-winning Doylestown Health System that we founded in 1923. Additionally, we support those in need, award educational scholarships, donate community-benefitting grants, and much, much more.
