Built in 1900, Sycamore Lane Farm is a stately and historic home, enhanced by a stunning new addition, and extensive outbuildings – including an Artist’s Studio, Milk House, Smoke House, Bank Barn, Spring House, and a three-car garage. This extraordinary property sits on thirty bucolic acres and is connected by intricate brick and bluestone walkways.
—
The house features beautiful architectural details, inside and out, and boasts approximately 7,000 square feet of gracious living space, including six cozy fireplaces, original hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, interior brick walls, a stylish glass conservatory with a glass-paneled roof, a fabulous chef’s kitchen, and a custom wine cellar and gathering room.
–
Sycamore Lane Farm has it all, with a lineage back to the 1600s when the property was inhabited by the Lenni Lenape and, later, William Penn. By 1938, it was owned by John Falter, the great American Illustrator, and finally, the current homeowners, who have restored and renovated their forever family home with love, and the help and vision of the talented Bucks County Designer House team of interior and exterior designers.
–
The 2024 Bucks County Designer House & Gardens opens with an elegant Preview Gala on April 26, 2024, followed by public tours from April 28, 2024, through May 26, 2024.
